At some occasions, some of the Floola's files are hidden files that your macOS does not allow you to delete. Most of the Floola's leftovers are located at Library, where you'll need to search, locate all the files associated with the Floola's name, and then delete them completely. Wait for the search to be complete, select the files related to the Floola app, and then move them to Trash.
